Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Sky Point Gymnastics website, website inquiry forms, and related communications that link to this policy. In this policy, “Sky Point,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sky Point Athletics LLC, doing business as Sky Point Gymnastics.
Enrollment, waivers, tuition, payments, attendance, donations, and certain other services may be handled through third-party platforms such as Jackrabbit Class, GoHighLevel, GoFundMe, or other providers. Those services may have their own privacy notices and terms. This policy describes Sky Point’s practices and does not replace a third party’s notice.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Adult contact information: parent, guardian, applicant, or other adult name, email address, telephone number, city, ZIP code, and preferred contact method.
- Gymnast information supplied by an adult: a gymnast’s first name, age or age range, program interest, experience level, current or previous gym, scheduling preferences, and other information needed to answer an inquiry or match a class.
- Inquiry and enrollment-related information: messages, requested programs, referral source, evaluation goals, event interests, and status of follow-up or registration.
- Employment applicant information: work history, qualifications, certifications, availability, references, and documents an adult applicant chooses to submit.
- Communication and consent records: email and text preferences, consent language shown at the time of submission, date and time of consent, messages, and opt-out requests.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, and security or server logs that may be generated by our website host or service providers.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, government identification, or other sensitive information through a general website inquiry form.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from adults who contact us, submit a form, register through an enrollment provider, apply for work, communicate with our team, or otherwise provide information. We may also receive information from our service providers and from campaign links, referral sources, or technical logs associated with a website visit.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to questions and help families identify appropriate classes or programs.
- Coordinate evaluations, enrollment, events, camps, parties, training, and related services.
- Administer founding-family or other promotional offers and confirm eligibility.
- Send requested operational messages about an inquiry, scheduling, enrollment, or account.
- Send promotional communications when the recipient has provided the required consent.
- Review employment applications and communicate with candidates.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and business processes.
- Maintain records, prevent misuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the website, manage inquiries, deliver email or text messages, operate enrollment and family accounts, process payments, organize events, support business operations, or provide professional services. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect a person’s safety or rights, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may provide this information to vendors that help us deliver Sky Point communications, but only for that purpose.
Text messages and email
If an adult asks us to text about an inquiry, class matching, evaluation, scheduling, enrollment, or account, we may send operational messages consistent with that request and consent. Promotional text messages require a separate choice where required. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing or enrolling.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Sky Point text to opt out of messages from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information on this page. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. An opt-out does not prevent non-marketing communications that are necessary to complete a requested transaction or respond to you, where permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
Our website and online forms are intended for parents, guardians, employment applicants, and other adults. Children should not submit forms, create accounts, or send personal information through this website. A parent or legal guardian should provide any information about a gymnast.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information directly to us without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Information provided by a parent or guardian about a child may be used to answer an inquiry, recommend a class, administer enrollment, or provide requested services.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
At the effective date of this policy, the main Sky Point website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers may still use essential technologies and create limited server logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or other nonessential tracking tools, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law. Third-party pages that you choose to visit may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their own policies.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or insurance obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and relationship.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to Sky Point, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also update communication preferences or withdraw consent for future marketing. To make a request, email skypointgymnastics@gmail.com or call 407-868-2989. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request involving a child’s information.
External links
Our website may link to registration, payment, donation, maps, social media, or other third-party services. Sky Point does not control those services, and their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
